movingo is a Dubai-based accounting and business setup firm that helps entrepreneurs start and grow their companies in the UAE: from incorporation to tax filing. We value honesty, clarity, and care for our clients. Now we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will take full responsibility for generating qualified leads, managing a small in-house marketing team, and driving measurable growth.

What you will do

• manage and coordinate our existing SEO, PPC, and copywriting specialists
• build and execute lead generation funnels through webinars and online campaigns
• identify and launch new channels and approaches for acquiring leads (ads, partnerships, email marketing, Telegram seeding, etc.)
• set up and manage newsletters, landing pages, and campaign tracking
• analyze performance data, optimize funnels, and continuously improve conversion rates and cost per lead
• ensure marketing activities directly contribute to qualified leads delivered to the sales team

What is important

• fluent Russian and English (both required), Arabic is a plus
• strong expertise in performance marketing (PPC, SEO, funnels, analytics)
• ability to manage a team and at the same time execute campaigns hands-on
• structured mindset and ability to keep multiple processes under control
• commitment to results: we expect measurable impact, not just activity — marketing should bring leads that convert
• initiative and proactivity: not only executing tasks, but proposing new approaches and solutions
