Position Purpose
The Business Development Manager is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into clients, retaining and renewing existing clients (agreement renewals/upsells), maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline, continuously improving the sales process, and implementing automation that increases sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Sales
- Communicate with potential clients via email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram and video calls.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable services.
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings with senior consultants where necessary.
- Prepare commercial offers and follow up until the deal is closed.
- Maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
2. CRM Management
- Process all incoming leads in the CRM.
- Ensure every lead is assigned, updated and moved through the pipeline.
- Keep customer information complete and accurate.
- Create tasks and reminders.
- Monitor response time SLA.
